So, you are interested in becoming a certified judge for MSHSL Dance Team?

Well here listed, are the steps you need to complete in order to do just that.

PROCEDURES

1. Complete Application Form Attached..pg 3-42. Choose date and payment form for the JCP (DX Judges) Certification Program and level of training

desired.pg 53. Check out due dates for MSHSL Officials deadlines (these items will be discussed more in detail

once you have applied and gone through the JCP course)pg 64. Mail Completed Application Form, Payment Form to DX5. Wait for confirmation of receipt of materials and payment(s)6. Attend class (there are no refunds available for class, although you may switch your date with at

least 48 hours notice to [email protected].

Members may join anytime between April 1st, 2011 Ocotber 1st, 2011

New Members - $75

-includes DX Judge Certification Program training & materialsReturning Members - $50-includes refresher course on JCP program (application only needed on initial membership)

KCT/JV Mentoree Program - $65-includes DX Judge Certification Program training & materials
