• Nine ski hikers died in the northern Ural mountains on the night of February 2, 1959.
• The group was lead by Igor Dyatlov.
• The goal of the expedition was to reach Otorten, the most difficult to reach.
• Yuri Yudin couldn’t continue because of illness.
• The weather got worst, so they might be separated and set up a tent.
• They were students from the Ural Polytechnic Institute.
• A view of the tent as the rescuers found it on February 20, 1959.
• The tent had been cut open from inside, and most of the skiers had fled in socks or barefoot.
• The rescue team found 4 naked bodies laying at the feet of a tree.
• The other five bodies were found buried under 5 meters of snow.
• As this case doesn’t had enough proof, goverment prohibed Access to this place.
• In nowadays there is a fundation called: “Dyatlov fundation”
