Dylan Greene was employed by First Derivatives from September 2Ot4- September 20L5, working as an

on-site consultant in Swedbank, Stockholm. I was his manager throughout this period on-site. Here he

primarily worked on the Opus trading platform covering Production Support and Development. The role

was situated on the trading floor and involved working closely with Front Office as well as many otherparts of the bank such as Valuation, Risk, Back Office, Accounting, Projects and Management.

Coming from an engineering background, Dylan very quickly picked up the technical side of the role. He

showed great enthusiasm in his desire to learn and understand the required tasks. He showed

confidence and was not afraid to get stuck in to any task. Within a short timeframe Dylan was a key

member of the Opus Support structure. Below are some of the qualities that Dylan displayed:

Positive Attitude. This requires special ment¡on. Dylan is naturally a positive person and thisreally shines through in his work. His attitude was influential to other team members both in

and out of work and this helped build a very strong team atmosphere.

Very professional - Dylan's attitude and work ethic was top-class.

Technical competence - Opus, Calypso, Mx3, MarkitWire, MS Office, OIL Development (Opus),

SQL, UNIX, csh scripting.

Financial competence - Bonds, Swaps, FRAs, Caps, other specialised instruments.

Reconciliation (cross system trade verification) - his work on Opus/Calypso recon was excellent.

Self-motivator and good organizational skills - task prioritisation, worked on multiple projects

and managed multiple support cases simultaneously.

Good communicator and strong team player - worked well with others, formed strong clientrelationships and trust through quality work produced.
