    James Demitrus is the Executive Director and Co-founder of Dyonis Consult Limited. He is a Financial Economist and a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is responsible for the overall direction of Dyonis Consult. His vision is to enhance infrastructure finance and development in Ghana and across Sub Saharan Africa.

    James Demitrus consulted for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Ghana, from 2007 to 2014. He was the Head of Project and Financial Analysis Unit whilst at the Ministry Finance and Economic Planning. Mr. Demitrus provided PPP Advisory Services and worked on upstream investment project appraisal.

    James Demitrus worked as Project, Financial and Economic Analyst with the Volta River Authority, Ghana, for over 15 years. Mr. Demitrus has over 25 years' experience in the oil & gas; project & corporate finance; infrastructure and energy industries.

    Samuel Kow Ansah is an engineer by profession with over twenty four years achievement in the power sector. Mr. Ansah has vast experience in plant management; operation and maintenance of thermal power plant and energy rated organization. His experience covers engineering, procurement, construction and the commissioning of thermal power plants; protection and control of high voltage electrical systems and control and instrumentation of power systems.

    He served as Managing Director as well as Chief Operating Officer of Genser Energy Ghana limited. Samuel also worked as Project Manager, Electrical and Instrumentation of McDonnell, USA. He was also Operation Manager for the Takoradi Thermal Power Plant Complex owned by Volta River Authority (VRA).

    Matthew served as a General Manager for West Coast Explosives Ltd from 2000-2002; He foresaw the winding up of the Company's operation in Ghana and prepared the terminal financial statements, and handled all activities leading to deregistration of the Company. Represented the interest of Bulk Mining Explosives in Ghana after winding up of operations until January 2004.

    His objective is to raise adequate capital for the smooth rollout of Dyonis Consult and to ensure optimal correlation between operation and financial performance. Matthew Ayiku holds Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana.

    Emmanuel worked with Generational Achievers, GHANA as a Strategist from 2010-2011.
