Using your appliance� Do not touch moving parts.� Make sure that the appliance is switched off

� To avoid personal injury, always place the bowlbefore you fit the blade holder disc.

� Remove the blades before emptying the bowlof its contents.

� Always use the food pusher to push food downthe fill opening; never use your fingers, a fork,a spoon, a knife or any other utensil.

� Never operate the appliance while empty.� Make sure the safety lid is securely locked in

place before operating the appliance.� Do not attempt to bypass or override the cover

interlock mechanism.� Always use the blender with the blender lid in

place.� Always take care when using the appliance.� Never pull the power supply cord to disconnect

the plug from the socket. Keep the powersupply cord away from heat, oil and sharpedges. Do not allow the power supply cord tohang over the edge of your work top or table.

� Do not place the appliance on or near heatsources or in a heated oven.

� Do not use the appliance near flammable orexplosive materials.

ASSEMBLY

Processor bowl (fig. E)The processor bowl can be used to whisk, chop orknead large quantities of food.

� Place the bowl onto the shaft. There is no needto turn it - it will lock in place by itself.

� Place the required accessory onto the shaft.� Place the ingredients into the bowl.� Place the main lid onto the bowl and lock it by

turning the lid counter-clockwise.The food processor will not operate if the lid is notcorrectly locked into position.

Citrus juicer (fig. G)� Place the bowl onto the shaft.� Place the juicer filter basket into the bowl and

lock it by turning it counter-clockwise.� Fit the juicing cone over the drive shaft.� Only use the juicer at minimum speed.

Blender attachment (fig. D)Use the blender attachment for fine blending ofraw ingredients and blending of cookedingredients to a very smooth consistency.

� Make sure the food processor is unpluggedfrom the power source and switched off beforeplacing or removing accessories.

� Remove the main lid and the bowl.� Fill the blender with ingredients and place the

blender lid.� Remove the safety lid.� Place the blender into the hole and lock it.� Place the bowl and the main lid and lock the

main lid.

Slicing and shredding blades (fig. C)� Make sure the food processor is unplugged

from the power source and switched off beforeplacing or removing accessories.

� Place the bowl on the drive shaft.� Fit the desired blade into the holder disc.� Place the holder disc into the bowl, on the

drive shaft.� Place the main lid on the bowl and lock it.

Juice extractor (fig. B and F)� Make sure the food processor is unplugged

from the power source and switched off beforeplacing or removing accessories.

� Place the bowl on the drive shaft.� Place the juice extractor into the bowl, over the

drive shaft.� Place the juice extractor lid and lock it.

USE

Do not run the food processor longer than10 minutes (citrus juicer, juice extractor),5 minutes (chopping, shredding, slicing andwhisking) or 1 minute (dough kneading).Wait at least 5 minutes between each run.

Operating the appliance� Fit the desired attachment.� Plug in the food processor to the power source.� To switch the food processor on: rotate the

dial to select the desired speed setting (1- 12).� The speed setting can be varied during processing.� For greater control, press the pulse button for

intermittent bursts of power.� To switch the appliance off: rotate the dial to

the off position.

Please be aware of the cover interlocksafety feature when operating theappliance. The appliance can not rununless the main lid and either the safety lidor the blender are also locked in place.When one of the lids is not in place andlocked, the food processor will not run.

Food processor� Place the safety lid into the hole and then lock

it by turning the lid counter-clockwise until thearrow on the lid aligns with the arrow next tothe safety lid hole.

� Place the bowl on the drive shaft. Place therequired processing blade or accessory on theshaft.

� Place the main lid on the bowl and then lock itby turning the lid counter-clockwise until thearrow on the lid aligns with the arrow next tothe safety lid hole.

� After processing, first remove the main lid,then remove the safety lid.

Blender� Remove the main lid and the bowl.� Fill the blender with ingredients and place the

blender lid.� Remove the safety lid and place the blender

into the hole. Lock the blender by turning itanti-clockwise until the arrow on the blenderaligns with the arrow next to the safety lid hole.

� Place the bowl on the drive shaft, without anyaccessories.

� Place the main lid on the bowl and then lock itby turning the lid anti-clockwise until the arrowon the lid aligns with the arrow next to thesafety lid hole.

� After processing, first remove the main lid,then remove the blender.

Processor bowlThe processor bowl can be used with the followingaccessories:

� Chopping blade� Dough kneader� Whisking attachment

Chopping� Use the metal chopping blade.� Choose the speed and run time according to

your needs.� For greater control, use the pulse button.� When necessary, add extra food through the

fill opening in the main lid with the pusher.� After using the chopping blade, take it out of

the bowl before removing the processed food.� Store the chopping blade with the protective

cap on.

Dough kneading� Use the dough kneader. Do not use the whisking

attachment for dough kneading.� Place the ingredients in the bowl. The maximum

capacity is 600 g of flour plus 400 g of waterfor 1 kg of dough.

� Keep the pusher in place when the machine isrunning.

� Run the appliance at maximum speed.

� Run the food processor at 20 second intervalsand wait at least 2 minutes in between.

Whisking� Use the plastic whisking attachment.� Keep the pusher in place when the machine is

running.� Run the appliance at maximum speed.

Citrus juicer� Cut the citrus fruit in half across the middle

(not end to end).� Place one half of a citrus fruit onto the cone.� Only use the juicer at minimum speed.� You can press up to 1 litre of juice before

emptying the bowl.

Blending� Recommended speeds are between 5 and

maximum. For soft vegetables and fruits (such asbananas), start slow and then gradually increasethe speed. For hard vegetables and fruits (suchas carrots) always use maximum speed.

� Do not load the blender with more than 300 gof hard vegetable per run.

� Run the food processor at 30 sec. intervals.� Never fill the blender with boiling liquid.� To prevent spillage, do not run the blender

with more than 1000 ml of soft liquid.� To use the blender as an ice crusher, fill the

blender with 250 g of ice cubes and run theappliance for 15-20 seconds on maximum speed.

Slicing and shredding� Always use the pusher to press down the

ingredients into the bowl. Never press downingredients by hand.

� Do not overload the bowl. You can process1.5 kg of food per run.

� Recommended speeds for all the blades are5 and 6.

Juice extractor� Always use the pusher to press down the

ingredients into the bowl. Never press downingredients by hand.

� Run the appliance at maximum speed.

� If the juice extractor gets clogged with fruitpulp, turn the machine off. Remove the lidfrom the bowl and use the spatula to clean outthe pulp. Do not use your fingers.

� If ingredients get lodged in the fill opening,use the pusher to press it into the bowl. If thisdoes not solve the problem, turn the machineoff, remove the plug from the socket anddisassemble the juicer to remove theremaining ingredients.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning and maintenance,switch the food processor off and removethe plug from the socket.

� Hand wash and dry the accessories (only thestainless steel blades are dishwasher proof).

� To clean the blender: fill the blender withwarm water and some dishwashing liquid.Place the blender lid and run the blender for30 seconds. Rinse and repeat if necessary.

� If the accessories have become discoloured byfood (carrots, oranges, etc.), rub them gentlywith a cloth dipped in cooking oil and thenwash as normal.

Do not place the appliance, the cord orthe plug in or near running water. If cleaningis necessary, wipe the dirty parts with adamp cloth.

TROUBLESHOOTING� Check that the appliance is properly plugged in.� Check that the accessories are properly locked

onto the drive shaft.� Check that the safety lid and the main bowl lid

are locked properly.

Uso dell’utensile� Non toccare le parti mobili.� Accertare che l’elettrodomestico sia spento prima

di collegarlo o scollegarlo dall’alimentazione.� Le lame sono estremamente affilate:

maneggiarle con cautela. Quando si maneggiala lama da taglio, afferrarla sempre per il latosuperiore di plastica.

� Per evitare di farsi male, posizionare sempreprima il contenitore e poi il disco di supportodella lama.

� Rimuovere le lame prima di svuotare ilcontenitore.

� Utilizzare sempre lo spingicibo per spingere ilcibo nell’apertura d’introduzione; non adoperaremai le dita, una forchetta, un cucchiaio,un coltello o altro utensile.

� Non mettere mai in funzione l’elettrodomesticoa vuoto.

� Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio,controllare che il coperchio di sicurezza sia benbloccato in posizione.

NORME DI SICUREZZA ELETTRICA� Prima dell’uso, controllare che la tensione di

alimentazione corrisponda a quella indicatasulla targhetta con i dati caratteristici.

In ottemperanza alla norma EN 60335,l’elettrodomestico è dotato di doppioisolamento per cui non è necessaria messaa terra.

Per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche,non immergere il cavo di alimentazione, laspina o l’unità di base in acqua o altri liquidi.

MONTAGGIO

Contenitore del robot (fig. E)Il contenitore del robot può essere usato permiscelare, tagliare a tocchetti o impastare grandiquantità di cibo.

� Collocare il contenitore sull’albero. Non ènecessario ruotarlo: si blocca in posizioneautomaticamente.

� Collocare sull’albero l’accessorio del caso.� Mettere gli ingredienti nel contenitore.� Posizionare il coperchio principale sul

contenitore e bloccarlo ruotandolo in sensoantiorario.

Il robot per alimenti entrerà in funzione solo se ilcoperchio è bloccato correttamente in posizione.

Spremiagrumi (fig. G)� Collocare il contenitore sull’albero.� Posizionare il cestello filtrante dello

spremiagrumi sul contenitore e bloccarloruotandolo in senso antiorario.

� Sistemare il cono di spremitura sull’alberomotore.

� Lo spremiagrumi va adoperato solo allavelocità minima.

Frullatore (fig. D)Il frullatore va adoperato per miscelare finementeingredienti crudi e mescolare ingredienti cotti finoad ottenere una consistenza molto cremosa.

� Prima di montare o smontare gli accessori,controllare che il robot per alimenti non siacollegato alla corrente e che sia spento.

� Togliere il coperchio principale e il contenitore.� Sistemare il frullatore con gli ingredienti e mettere

il coperchio del frullatore.� Levare il coperchio di sicurezza.� Inserire il frullatore nel foro e bloccarlo.� Collocare il contenitore ed il coperchio

principale e bloccare quest’ultimo in posizione.

Lame per affettare e triturare (fig. C)� Prima di montare o smontare gli accessori,

controllare che il robot per alimenti non siacollegato alla corrente e che sia spento.

� Collocare il contenitore sull’albero motore.� Inserire la lama prescelta nel disco di supporto.� Collocare il disco di supporto nel contenitore,

sull’albero motore.� Mettere il coperchio principale sul contenitore

e bloccarlo.

Estrattore di succo (fig. B & F)� Prima di montare o smontare gli accessori,

controllare che il robot per alimenti non siacollegato alla corrente e che sia spento.

� Collocare il contenitore sull’albero motore.� Collocare l’estrattore di succo nel contenitore,

sull’albero motore.� Mettere in posizione il coperchio

dell’estrattore di succo e bloccarlo.

USO

Non lasciare in funzione il robot peralimenti per oltre 10 minuti (spremiagrumi,estrattore di succo), 5 minuti (tagliare atocchetti, triturare, affettare e montare) o1 minuto (impastare). Attendere almeno5 minuti prima di riutilizzarlo.

Funzionamento dell’elettrodomestico.� Montare l’accessorio desiderato.� Collegare il robot per alimenti alla corrente.

� Per accendere il robot: ruotare il quadrante perselezionare la velocità desiderata (1 - 12).

� La velocità può essere modificata durante lapreparazione.

� Per un maggiore controllo, adoperare ilpulsante della funzione intermittente perottenere una velocità intermittente.

� Per spegnere l’elettrodomestico: ruotare ilquadrante in posizione off.

Chi utilizza l’elettrodomestico, deveconoscere la funzione di sicurezza adinterblocco del coperchio:l’elettrodomestico può essere messo infunzione unicamente se il coperchioprincipale è bloccato in posizione assiemeal coperchio di sicurezza o al frullatore.Se uno dei coperchi non è bloccato inposizione, il robot per alimenti non funziona.

Robot per alimenti� Inserire nel foro il coperchio di sicurezza

e bloccarlo girandolo in senso antiorario,finché la freccia sul coperchio non si allineacon la freccia accanto al relativo foro.

� Collocare il contenitore sull’albero motore.Montare sull’albero la lama o l’accessorio delcaso.

� Mettere sul contenitore il coperchio principale ebloccarlo girandolo in senso antiorario, finché lafreccia sul coperchio non si allinea con la frecciaaccanto al foro del coperchio di sicurezza.

� Terminata la preparazione, levare prima ilcoperchio principale e poi il coperchio disicurezza.

Frullatore� Togliere il coperchio principale e il contenitore.� Sistemare il frullatore con gli ingredienti e

mettere il coperchio del frullatore.� Levare il coperchio di sicurezza ed inserire il

frullatore nel foro. Bloccare il frullatore girandoloin senso antiorario, finché la freccia sul frullatorenon si allinea con la freccia accanto al foro delcoperchio di sicurezza.

� Mettere il contenitore sull’albero motore,senza nessun accessorio.

� Mettere sul contenitore il coperchio principalee bloccarlo girandolo in senso antiorario,finché la freccia sul coperchio non si allineacon la freccia accanto al foro del coperchio disicurezza.

Impastatore a spirale� Per impastare, adoperare l’accessorio apposito

e non utilizzare la frusta.� Mettere gli ingredienti nel contenitore.

La capacità massima è di 600 g di farina più400 g di acqua, per 1 kg di pasta.

� Mantenere lo spingicibo in posizione quandola macchina è in funzione.

� Far andare l’elettrodomestico a massimavelocità.

� Il robot per alimenti deve essere utilizzato perperiodi di 20 secondi, seguiti da una pausaintermedia di almeno 2 minuti.

Sbattitura� Usare la frusta in plastica� Mantenere lo spingicibo in posizione quando

la macchina è in funzione.

Spremiagrumi� Tagliare a metà l’agrume trasversalmente

(non da un’estremità all’altra).� Collocare una metà del frutto su un cono.� Lo spremiagrumi va adoperato solo alla

velocità minima.� Prima di svuotare il contenitore è possibile

premere fino a 1 litro di succo.

Istruzioni per frullare� Si suggerisce una velocità compresa tra 5 e il

valore massimo. Per verdure e frutti diconsistenza morbida (ad esempio le banane),iniziare con una velocità bassa e aumentarlagradatamente. Per frutti e verdure di maggioreconsistenza (ad esempio carote) utilizzaresempre la massima velocità.

� Non frullare più di 300 g di verdure dure pervolta.

� Utilizzare il robot per alimenti ad intervallidi 30 secondi.

� Non riempire mai il frullatore con liquidi bollenti.� Per evitare sprechi, non frullare più di 1.000 ml

di liquidi per volta.� Per adoperare il frullatore come trituraghiaccio,

riempirlo con 250 g di cubetti di ghiaccio e farandare il robot per 15-20 secondi a massimavelocità.

Affettatura e triturazione� Utilizzare sempre lo spingicibo per spingere gli

ingredienti nel contenitore. Non premere maigli ingredienti con la mano.

� Non riempire eccessivamente il contenitore:è possibile preparare 1,5 kg di ingredienti pervolta.

� Per tutte le lame si suggerisce una velocitàcompresa tra 5 e 6.

Estrattore di succo� Utilizzare sempre lo spingicibo per spingere gli

ingredienti nel contenitore. Non premere maigli ingredienti con la mano.


� Se l’estrattore di succo è ostruito dalla polpa,spegnere l’elettrodomestico. Lavare ilcoperchio dal contenitore ed eliminare lapolpa con la spatola. Non utilizzare le dita.

� Se gli ingredienti si bloccano nell’apertura diintroduzione, adoperare lo spingicibo perspingerli nel contenitore. Se non si riescecomunque a risolvere il problema, spegnerel’elettrodomestico, estrarre la spina dalla presae smontare lo spremiagrumi per rimuovere gliingredienti residui.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

Prima di eseguire qualsiasi procedura dipulizia o manutenzione, spegnere il robotper alimenti e disinserire la spina dalla presa.

� Lavare ed asciugare a mano gli accessori(solo le lame in acciaio inossidabile possonoessere lavate in lavastoviglie).

� Per pulire il frullatore: riempire il frullatore diacqua tiepida ed aggiungere un detersivoliquido per stoviglie. Posizionare il coperchiosul frullatore e metterlo in funzione per30 secondi. Se necessario, sciacquarlo eripetere l’operazione.

� Se il cibo (carote, arance ecc.) ha colorato gliaccessori, strofinarli delicatamente con unpanno imbevuto in olio da cucina e poi lavarlinormalmente.

Non immergere l’elettrodomestico, il cavoo la spina in acqua né collocarli vicino aduna sorgente di acqua corrente. Se ènecessario pulire questi elementi, utilizzareun panno umido sulle aree sporche.

TEMİZLEME VE BAKIM

Temizlik ve bakımdan önce besin işleyiciyikapatın ve fişini prizden çekin.

� Aksesuarları elinizde yıkayın ve daha sonrakurutun (sadece paslanmaz çelik bıçaklarbulaşık makinesinde yıkanabilir)

� Karıştırıcıyı temizlemek için: karıştırıcıya ılık suve biraz bulaşık deterjanı koyun. Karıştırıcıkapağını yerleştirin ve 30 saniye çalıştırın. Dahasonra durulayın ve gerekirse işlemi tekrarlayın.

� Aksesuarların rengi, renk veren besinlertarafından değiştirilirse (havuç, portakal vs.)bunları yemek yağına batırılmış bir bezle hafifçesilin ve daha sonra normal şekilde yıkayın.

Cihazı, kabloyu veya fişi su içine veya suyakınına koymayın. Temizleme gerekirsekirli kısımları nemli bir bezle silin.
