Web orders are processed and fulfilled in-store, just like regular sales. Print picking lists in order to streamline order fulfillment. Notify customers that place web orders by email about any purchase that is delayed and becomes a back order. Shipment tracking details can be entered at the point of sale and be set to automatically appear in the ‘order shipped’ e-mail. Shipping and taxation amounts are synchronized between the in-store POS system and web store so that charges can be harmonized across both channels and maintained from a single location.

Internationalization and Multi-currency Support

E-commerce system functionality includes built-in support for seven languages (one language per web store). Language options include English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Polish, German, and Italian.
