Send an Attachment• Tap Start > E-mail.

• Tap the appropriate e-mail account.

• Tap Menu > New to start a new message.

• Enter an e-mail address or contact name.

• Enter a message subject and your message.

• Tap Menu > Insert and select a file type (picture, voice note, or file).

• Select a file from your phone to attach.

• Tap Send to send your message.

View and Save an Attachment• Tap Start > E-mail.

• Tap the appropriate e-mail account.

• Tap a message with an attachment.

• Tap Show Attachments.

• Tap an attachment file to view the contents.

• Tap Menu > Save to save the file to your phone

If you are working on an airplane or in a place without internet service, your composed messages will be held in the Outbox until you connect to the internet.

Tip:

Outlook® Setup• Tap Start > ActiveSync® > Set up your device to sync with it.

• Type your Outlook e-mail address in the E-mail address field and tap Next.

• Type your Outlook e-mail password in the Password field.

• Type domain name in the Domain field. Tap Next.

• Type the account server address in the Server address field – you can get this from your IT department. Tap Next.

• Choose the data you want to synchronize like Contacts, Calendar, E-mail, Tasks and then tap Finish.

You can set up an Outlook or Hotmail e-mail account using the E-mail Setup wizard on your phone.
