Mohan Lal Memorial Institute of Education is a NAAC Accredited “A” GRADE is one of

premier institute not only in the Amritsar district but in the state of Punjab in the field of

Teacher Education in the rural habitations. The college is managed by New Gobind Welfare

Society (Regd.) Amritsar, founded by Dr. R.P. Khullar who is a torch bearer for imparting

quality education, especially to produce sincere and dedicated teachers to teach school level.

As of now the college has 200 seats for B.Ed. the society is a registered body that functions

as per law applicable to charitable organizations.

(ii) Vision Statement

Developing institutional ethos with the focus on vitalizing teaching learning process,

functional relationship with schools, professional development of teachers with research

orientation.

(iii) Mission and objectives

Mission

To provide stimulating academic environment for the promotion of high quality teaching

learning process.
