The Success Training Employment Program (STEP) is a 3-phase program providing you the tools to get a job and

reach your financial goals. 

Join your peers seeking sustainable employment by completing 120-hours of in- class coursework. You will learn computer basics, resume creation, cover letter writing, interview skills, personal finance, and much, much more.

Once you have obtained your new job, receive one-on-one coaching to help you excel in your position and become a strong candidate for future career advancement opportunities. Our goal is to help you succeed!
