It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that weannounce the cancellation of this year’s SunriverArt Fair (scheduled to take place August 7-9,2020). We know that this will come as anenormous disappointment, not only to the artists,but also to the community. We look forward to theFair returning to the Village at Sunriver in August2021. The new bus service between La Pine andSunriver is scheduled to begin on June 1 and willrun through the summer. This new service willprovide a convenient and efficient way forcommunity members and employees of localbusinesses to travel between the twocommunities. Transit riders will not have to pay afare, although there will be some requirements,such as wearing a mask, to keep both the busdriver and riders safe from the spread of COVID-19.
