Access the time-saving Email feature directly from within Administrator’s Plus. In addition to the traditional writing and editing tools, this feature automates communication tasks with parents, students and staff.

• Go paperless, saving time and money.

• Attach additional documents to your email messages directly from the E-Portfolio.

• Create and manage categories of email addresses for students, parents, teachers, and other groups with the built-in Address Book.

• Designate which type of reports each contact linked to a student should receive.

• Customize your email by adding tables, images and links.

PDF or HTML Formats

Choose to send any report from Administrator’s Plus Email as a PDF document or embedded HTML within the body of your email. The program will automatically generate either version with the click of a button. Edit your email at any time; add images or tables to letters, reports and other documents.

Batch Email Large Groups of Recipients

Easily send batch emails to any group you specify in the Address Book. As the program sends the batch email, it determines which recipients do not have email addresses and automatically prints the document for traditional mailing.

Link Documents to Groups

Automate common communication tasks by linking daily attendance bulletins, class rosters, schedules, and other documents to any individual or group you define. Each time you generate that document, a simple mouse-click emails it to that group.
