1. What is the designed capacity or utilization for the solution? a. 6Mbps/user

2. How many users per classroom? a. 30 users per classroom

3. How many devices per classroom? a. We provide 1:1 iPads. Users can bring their own device. b. Plan for 2-2.5 devices per user

4. Is it a single gigabit ethernet cable to the classroom? a. No, there are two gigabit ethernet cables ran to the center of the room

5. Is it Cat 5, 5e, or 6? a. All cables are Cat 6

6. What are the radio configurations for the higher density areas like the cafeteria, auditorium, gym?

a. 8 radios arrays 7. Will this presentation be available after the presentation?

a. Yes, it will be posted on the website as well as the questions 8. What are the requirements for integration into the Network Access Control and 802.1x

authentication requirements? a. We do not have a Network Access Control system in place today. We do want

support for 802.1x authentication. 9. Are you supporting 2.4Ghz at all in the environment?

a. Yes, usually one radio per classroom is set for 2.4GHz and the other radios are set at 5Ghz. Design is moving to one 2.4GHz radio per every other classroom. Seeing about 20% 2.4GHz devices across the district.

10. Any outdoor requirements? a. No, not at these locations

11. In the 8 radio areas, are you open to two 4 radio units for switchport space or do you want to keep it at 8?

a. The 8 radio arrays have worked well for us in other locations. Port space is not a concern though.

12. From a post install standpoint, do you require any type of documentation, post-install site survey?

a. We do require a spreadsheet of devices, locations, so we can name the devices accordingly. We do not require a post-install site survey since this exact campus layout has already been implemented.
