- Form 470- Competitive Bidding (28 days)- Form 471 - PIA review- Funding Commitment Decision Letter- Form 486- Invoicing (BEAR Form 472)- Check Arrives!

Complete kick-off forms 11/09/12 Determine highest monthly bills 11/09/12 Develop documentation for new contracts 11/09/12 Review and submit Form 470 12/14/12 Select vendors, sign/date contracts 01/18/13
(28 days after 470, prior to 471) Sign and deliver 471 certification 02/01/13 Provide PIA info as needed 3/13-11/13 Provide actuals 2x/year for BEAR 3/13 & 7/13 Provide copies of provider checks 4/13-11/13

- Dutchess districts received $826,865.07 in reimbursements to date
- All BEAR worksheets complete; eightchecks still to arrive for a total of $21,828.32
- Total for 11/12 = $848,693.39
