Improve student academic achievement, including technology literacy for all students.
• Collaborative Learning Groups• Distance Learning/Videoconferencing• On-demand Access• Create Student Portfolios• Integrate technology in all content areas

Integrate technology into teaching and learning in all curriculum areas.
• Identify minimum technology standards in the classroom• Establish a standard technology package in the classroom• Create technology forum to replicate successful integration

Acquire and maintain computer workstations and other technologies.
• Increase notebooks and netbooks at every campus• Increase access to peripheral technology equipment• Create Employee Purchase Program through Dell• Maintain and refresh existing equipment

Ensure the effective use of technology to promote parental involvement and increase communication with parents.
• Use distance learning or digital technology to involve parents/community

Provide ongoing professional development for teachers, principals, administrators, school library media personnel that aligns with SBEC Technology Application standards.
