The Feldman Land Company is seeking bids for the sale of real estate located in the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) Less Tract and the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) all in Section 29 Township 105 Range 45 West of the Fifth P.M. and located in Elmer Township, Pipestone County. The tract contains 293.01 acres.
TERMS: The tract will be sold subject to all easements, right of way and reservations, if any, of record.
