Case Study Deliverables • A written report. Treat this report as a report to a decision

maker. Describe the problem and your approach to solving it. Be sure to enumerate assumptions and cite outside resources utilized.

• Your report must include evaluation criteria, results (detailed calculations may be included in an annex to the report), a thorough description of your sensitivity analysis, summarized results, and your recommended decision.

• Utilize visual aids such as graphs, tables, and/or pictures as appropriate to clearly present your analysis and recommendation. Electronic spreadsheet files may be (and probably should be) submitted to the instructor to facilitate academic evaluation, but they are not to be included as a part of your written report to the decision maker.

• Be sure to include a thorough explanation of your selection of the MARR you utilize in your analysis.
