Respectfully Sheweth:
1. That the Petitioners have filed Writ Petition, particulars whereof set out herein before is pending adjudication before this Honorable Court.
2. That the Applicants/Plaintiffs already had applied for early hearing of instant Writ Petition but the Honorable Court was on leave that concurrence happed to the petitioner twice.
3. That the Petitioners entirely dependent on their flats because the petitioners invested their hard earned saving amount with the hope that they will get flat for their family but the fate of the flats still balancing.
4. That in case of further delay in adjudication of the Petition, the Petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss. The Respondent on the contrary shall not suffer any loss at all in view of deliberates procrastination on part of the Respondent.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE in view of the aforesaid, it is respectfully prayed that for the sake of expediency and in the interest of justice this Honorable Court, may graciously be pleased to accept the early hearing of the above titled case and fixed the case in the next week.
