Winter at Bearpark Primary School

Please ensure that your

child has appropriate

clothing on for the coming

months. It is now time for

winter coats, socks, tights,

hats, gloves and

appropriate footwear.

School Closure Notice

In the event of the school being closed due to bad weather, we will let

parents know as soon as it is possible if the school will be closed for

the day. We will do this by text message and Facebook.

It will also be announced on the council website and local radio sta-

tions.

When extreme weather arrives during the school day, we will monitor

the weather forecast and text parents if we need to close school early.

We know that the children will enjoy playing in the snow (when it ar-

rives) so please ensure that your child has wellies and a change of

clothes on these days so they can go on the field.
