Dear Exhibitor

We are delighted to have found a new venue at The Triangle which is a large superb Leisure Centre. For this year we have had to change our dateto 5th October, but hope this will suit you.

Please treat the venue with care, there will be mats in the rings and all theusual facilities will be provided.

There is plenty of car parking space available, the large grass exercise area adjacent will be clearly marked, please use this on arrival & all other times, but should your dog have an accident, please clear up and place in the bins provided.

NO DOGS may enter by the main front doors of the Leisure Centre, entry to the show is by the left hand side of the building to the large Sports Hall which will be clearly marked. DOGS MUST NOT BE TAKEN INTO ANY OTHER PART OF THE CENTRE FROM THE SPORTS HALL.Failure to comply with any of the above will resolve in us losing this venue.

There is a cafe area selling hot drinks and a selection of hot and cold snacks, also two vending machines having confectionary and cold drinks.

Once you have been to the show, we hope you will agree with us that this is a great venue and one to be appreciated, any feedback & comments willbe gratefully received.

We look forward to receiving your entries and meeting you on the day.

With all good wishesChris Cleland (Mrs)Hon SecretaryOn Behalf of the Officers and Committee of Eastbourne & District Canine Society
