The mysteries of birds and their movements continue to amaze the people who observe and study them. The Warner Park Bluebird Nest Box Program was started by Amelia Laskey in 1936 and is one of the oldest continuously run projects in the US. Over 100 nestlings are banded each year in the 50 box trail. A team of volunteers check boxes weekly and the pro- gram is coordinated by Diana McLusky (far right).
