WHAT’S THE SCHOOLNET???It’s a program that contains all kind of information about students(their work,notes,events) and helps parents to know every detail about their children’s progress at school

SchoolNet makes the contact between teachers ,students and parents easier.

To sign in to SchoolNet , the user put, in the home page, his username and password already saved in sign up option

SchoolNet modules:

Once we logged in to the program the Profile module opens

Profile module includes:

Personal informationOther informationParent informationMailing addressResidence addressStudent in classCourse instructor

Personal information page: contains first name, middle name,last name,username,email and personal picture..

Other information page: contains nationality,date of birth,type of member,marital status,gender,a bare code to save student’s parent

Parent information page: contains parent’s occupations, business phone and emergency telephone…

Mailing address page: contains all details about the address (country, region,street,building,phone)

Student in class: this page is used only by the administrator. He used it to register the student for each year, and determines his group, class and section

Course instructor page: used by the teacher to register the material he teach in each class and section

Search profile: a specific page for the administrator to search all members’ profile

Service module: This module is used in different ways, depending on the type of members. Teachers and administrator can add and modify information from this module, while students can only view this information

Schedule page: The teacher or the administrator add a new schedule for each class and section

The student click on “select "option to view his schedule

Agenda page: The administrator or the teacher add a new agenda for each class and section

Classes page:managed by the administrator,contains details about student’s class( group, section, departement,number of students,rows and colums..)

Exam note page: contains student’s note for all exams(saved by the administrator or the teacher)

Students arrangements page: contains students' distribution in each class by columns and rows

Flyers page: used by the administrator to send a general announcement to teachers, students and parents

The receiver can only view the flyer but he can’t reply or modify it.

Alert page: used by the teacher or the administrator to send a notice to a specific class or section

This module is used to make contact between administrator-teacher-student-parent ,by sending and receiving correspondence.It’s available to all type members.

My control module contains: New correspondence page Inbox page Sent page

New correspondence page: used to write the message and save all details about it(priority ,subject, members type, class groupe,section)

Inbox page: used to view the message and reply to it, contains receiver and sender name and date of sending

Plan control module : a specific module for the parent to view his children's profile and work(class ,agenda,schedule,exam note, teacher)

Teacher page: in plan control module, allows the parent to see his children’s teachers and their career
