I had the pleasure of speaking directly with Money Jay; with permission from Big Drew of Konvict Records today.

When Money Jay boasts that he’s “strapped up like the military,” on his hit single “Death Row,” he isn’t just saying that to be saying it. As the newest soldier on Akon’s Konvict Music label, he is more than equipped to declare war on anybody standing in his path to rap dominance.

Born Tysen Bolden in the Bronx, New York, Money Jay moved to Decatur, Georgia at the age of two. His stay-at-home mother and truck driver father sought solace in the South, hoping to raise their family in a safer and slower environment. But trouble knows no borders. “My folks had three other kids so there wasn’t a lot of money to go around,” admits Jay. “Folks used to roast me on my clothes so I wound up getting in a lot of fights. I knew I had to get my own if I wanted to be somebody. So after that, I started hustling.”

Page 13: Eat or be eatin magazine c u s t m black circle records konvict records presents money jay

Whether it was candy or weed, the young Money Jay was already building a reputation as a hustler making money by the time he hit 7th grade. This led to his hanging with and picking up the habits of the older street dealers that he idolized growing up; habits that included carrying guns. In the 9th grade, Jay was expelled from high school for gun possession, which only gave him more free time to roam the streets. A couple of wrong turns eventually landed him on the wrong side of the law a few times. It wasn’t until he saw his close friends and family getting jammed up with years-long bids that he decided that this was not the route he wanted to take. “Everyone around me was getting locked up,” says Jay. “They would call me from jail everyday and I didn’t want to end up in the same boat so I turned to music to try and leave all that illegal bullshit alone.”

Like anyone else that’s grown up in the eighties and ninties, rap music was a dominant influence on Money Jay’s life. He used to write down raps in school and share them with friends, which led to him actually recording some of his lyrics over beats. By age sixteen, he built a home studio and started making and distributing his own mixtapes. Though music still wasn’t his main focus, the product spread, demand grew and over time Money Jay’s music was getting spins in some ofAtlanta’s most popular nightclubs. Ironically, it was a daytime occurrence that led to Jay being in the position he is now.

“One day I was out hustling on Glenwood Road, and Akon came to the spot,” remembers Jay. “He got a CD from me, drove off and then came right back saying he wanted to sign me. Even then I wasn’t taking the music serious, and he could tell. But he always told me that I should.” Akon remembers, “As soon as I got in the car, something told me to put his CD on. Once I heard it, I hit a U-turn and went back asking if this was really him rapping. When he told me it was, I wanted to sign him on the spot; but I knew he was still hustling so I let him know that if he got serious, I wanted him on my team.”

When I spoke with Money Jay I had the chance to give him our interview which answers more questions than his bio gave. Like who his greatest influence is/ was in the eighties and ninties, How long was he selling his mixtapes before he was noticed by Akon, etc; which will be on the next page. The rest of his Bio will appear after his Interview.

Akon’s advice fell on deaf ears initially as Jay opted to keep one foot in thestreets. It wasn’t until his younger brother wasincarcerated that he started paying full attention. Keeping in contactwith Akon, Jay finally left the streets alone and let him know he was ready to be a Konvict recording

Page 17: Eat or be eatin magazine c u s t m black circle records konvict records presents money jay

artist. Since then, the musical partnership has been nothing short of promising. The first song from the upcoming CD is Money Jay’s surging single “Death Row.” The track is one part club-banger, one part salute to his brother and closest friends’ legal problems.

“One day I was at the crib, watching 2Pac perform “Hit ‘Em Up,” says Jay about the inspiration behind the Sonny Digital-produced banger. “Knowing how I am and what I’ve been through, seeing that performance made me feel like I would’ve been signed with Death Row at their prime.”

While Death Row is now a thing of the past, Money Jay aims to keep that spirit alive with his future at Akon’s Konvict Music label. Well equipped with the voice, street cred and most importantly music to become rap’s next big thing, it shouldn’t be long before someone else is watching Money Jay on TV and getting inspired in the same way.

According to scientists, nibiru’s moon hit earth some Four Billion years ago. Sasha at www.enki-speaks.com tells the tale. Some say that its going to hit Earth again? Some may believe, some will not, but aren’t we having weird weather now days?

The Bible actually talks about a star called ‘Worm-wood’ and how it hits the earth’s waters poisoning them.

Could this be true? Could it also be true that Ni-birian astronauts have come down from their planet while it’s in our orbit?

The gravitational pull of Nibiru could destroy Nep-tune into pieces and scattered accord the solar sys-tem. Just think of it’s size! Neptune’s size compared to Earth is a tiny marble in the sky.

Think what it could do to our Planet!!

Once the moon hit our earth sum four billion years ago, the rotation of the planet has changed. Nibiru kept it’s clockwise orbit equal to 3,600 orbits of Earth cycles around the Sun until 10,900 B.C.E (Before Christs Era)

Do you really believe the incredible information?

Lets read over the information that we found... on the calendars, looking back into our history...It looks like we destroy ourselves first.

But look at what happened January 2010; we were not even told by the government that an asteroid was close enough to demolishing the World if it actually hit us! It was closer than the Moon, the potiental asteroid was only 2.3 lunar distances away from a hazardous Hit.

Having spoken with Big Heed & Alien myself, I can say that they are laid back and can tell you stories on exactly how the industry has treated them. And how they feel about Fame. Answering off the wall questions and taping their song typsy in Canada!!

Editors Thought on BHA

Q: Who is your biggest Influence in your Career?

Big Heed - Radio Head, Jimi Hendrix, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, NWA, Mos Def, DRE, and others.

Alien - Black Sabbath, Tupac, Radio Head, Nina Simone, and others.

Q: What year did you two meet, where?

Ninty six at the youth program at the local church.

Q: Did you expect to land a record deal let alone be placed as the house band?

No, but we knew we would get one some day!

Q: How did you both feel about being invited back to the house band for Wild out Wednesday?

Very Excited! A lot of dropping involved.

Q: How will you inspire the younger artists just starting?

We would love for them to grasp the concept the positive environment, to be level headed, and a lil crazy at the same time. Exposing yourself to the world brings some extreme measures and therefore you have to be a lil nuts! Don›t Fahk with the industry, and be straight, pursue your dreams, no hand outs, no fee bees, when you are an artist, you are just reading your Diary of your life so a lot of artists that are coming out think that they have to be on TV, but that not the whole picture.

Q: How will you give back to your community?

I give back to the community now, I give back the best way that I know. I moved back in with my Momma, when I was a boy and growing it was hard for her to help me grow into a Real Man! As the Street are Cold if you decide that the best place! Having the right people makes the differerence!

Page 31: Eat or be eatin magazine c u s t m black circle records konvict records presents money jay

Q: Is it important to you that your listeners/ fans want to inspire others with your lyrics?

Yes it is very important to us, were not artists that want to say (hey, hey look at us) certain issues come into people›s brains and think that when they listen to us, that they should go have a beer, drink. We don›t want to do music to just be Famous! We commend artists that do, but at the same time that when artists that rap about gun, and drugs, you have the environment that goes with it.

Q: What clothing line do you current Represent?

Hell no we do not have one, but if EAT or be EATiN could help. Please do!

Q; What clothing companies would you like to see, either sponsor you or invest in BHA?

Skater Gear, Grand Hustle, LiG (Life is Good), all of them can come to us.

Q: Do you plan on taking a tour, & where?

June twenty third in Virginia on the Millionaires TOUR

Q: What is your plans for releasing a next Album?

A Mixtape called (Fahk Squares)

You have probably noticed that ‹going green› is everywhere these days - in the news, politics, fashion, on the internet, on foods we buy, pet care, it is taught at schools, on TV and it is even defining technology now. Even going shopping today we are asked to pay for plastic bags and to switch to using reusable bags to help the environment.

With a million messages and ideas coming at us from all sides, it can be easy to get confused about what to do. We need to really stop and think about the big picture of how our actions stack up and impact on our planet.

It is so simple to begin making a positive impact. Since it›s helpful to understand the big picture when it comes to setting smaller goals, we›ve adjusted our focus to take a broader look at the reasons behind why we should go green.

As globalisation makes the world become smaller, it is becoming increasingly easy to see how the lives of people (and plants, animals and ecosystems) everywhere are closely interrelated with one another. So buying toys made in China, can impact on the quality of life in Europe, pesticides used in Argentina can affect the health of people in the U.S., the planting of biofuels in Brazil deplete rainforests and may affect weather in Australia, and greenhouse gas emissions and the burning of rainforests in Indonesia adversely impacts on people in Malaysia, and Singapore.

photo It is true that every single thing we do has an impact on the planet for good or bad. The good news is that as an individual you have the power to control most of your choices and, therefore, the impact that you create: from where you live to what you buy, eat, and use to power your home, where and how you vacation and how you

shop or vote, you can have global impact. Taking positive action is heavily encouraged also. That is why Carbon Central Network was created, it is envisioned that through rewarding people and combining the efforts of individuals all around the world we can really create an impact on reducing the effect of global warming through getting people and companies to start paying to offset their carbon outputs, and to put pressure on governments to decrease the logging of rainforests.

Cryptography (or cryptology; from Greek κρυπτός, kryptos, “hidden, secret”; and γράφειν, gráphin, “writing”, or -λογία, -logia, “study”, respectively)[1] is the practice and study of hid-ing information. Applications of cryptography include ATM cards, computer passwords, and electronic commerce.

Cryptology prior to the modern age was almost synonymous with encryption, the conversion of information from a readable state to apparent nonsense. The sender retained the ability to decrypt the information and therefore avoid unwanted persons being able to read it.

Modern cryptography follows a strongly scientific approach, and designs cryptographic algorithms around computational hard-ness assumptions, making such algorithms hard to break by an adversary. Such systems are not unbreakable in theory but it is infeasible to do so by any practi-cal means. These schemes are therefore computationally secure. Schemes that provably cannot be broken--an example is the one-time pad--but these schemes are more difficult to implement than the theoretically breakable but computationally secure mecha-nisms.

Cryptology-related technology has raised a number of legal issues, some of which remain unresolved.

Unfortunately we can not prepare ourselves for such an event, not even sirens helped in this matter. According to survirors they only heard the sirens a couple of seconds before the Tsunami hit shore.

By that time, it was to late to prepare for it. A story already reported that one lady got on her Bike and literally beat rushing wave until she was at a safe distance. We weep for the Cause but require our readers help; just as the companies that we are associated to.

We will donate [our digital worth] toward the Japan Relief Fund, either it be just the digital but we encourage the Hard back magazine as you can always give the digital away to you friend, or loved one.

Ourselves along with others like Keenan Ivor are joining forces, the Waterson MacKay A&P Firm, Ibuygou, MFIR Radio, Brucomax and other associates. Please go to our official website, merchandise store, and magazine URL as they will all tell you the proper way to help out the cause.

We look forward in allowing you to read what’s going in the Entertainment Industry, http://www.magcloud.com/user/WatersonMacKayhttp://eatorbeeatinmagazine.weebly.comhttp://www.cafepress.ca/M_Gearhttp://www.twitter.com/EATorbeEATiNMag

“Bonze Roc” real name Leroy Doctor. Bonze was born in Marion, Indiana. He lived in South Carolina until Nineteen eighty six, and moved to his current residence in Montclair, New Jersey in Nineteen eighty seven. Also standing at six feet six inches and a original Hak Mob member Bonze was inspired by all rappers that could rap fast or Twist, particularly Twista, Bone Thugs & Harmony, Crucial Conflict and Spice One. He liked them because their rap style was similar to his. This style of rap was different and difficult to master, so he mastered the craft and developed it into his on style, resulting in him becoming one of the fastest rappers in the world. He memorized his first rap when he was seven years old by listening to Whodinis classic hit, Five Minutes of Funk. He wrote his first rap song in Nineteen eighty nine and has been ruling with it ever since. When asked where did the name Bonze come from, he will tell you he was skinny as a child so everyone from the neighbourhood called him Bonze. He says with a smile “forget what you’ve been told, I’m the fastest rapper and I am ready to battle or perform whenever“. Besides making music and money he also has a strong belief in God. “BONZE ROC”
