Nursery Care is being provided every week, during the
worship service, for children from birth through and including
Kindergarten age [unless you are providing the Nursery Care,
then an older child/children may accompany you]. Thank
you to all who are volunteering their time in the Nursery.
Your help is still needed each month.
Our donations have been overwhelmingly good,
but we still need willing workers to help with this project.
Ebenezer’s Closet is open
The second Thursday and Saturday of each month. The
next closet days will be Thursday, May 12, 6:00 to 8:00

ARE YOU DOING ALL YOU CAN TO ENRICH YOUR LIFE AND EMPOWER YOUR
INNER SPIRIT?
Do you know what Ebenezer’s adult Sunday School is all about? Take a look.
1. Discussions of Christian behaviors to live by
2. Learning Bible basics, and favorite Bible stories
3. Relating Bible experiences and teachings, to our everyday experiences
4. Voluntary group sharing of thoughts and experiences, and good Christian fellowship
5. Viewing of videos of current, articulate pastors, who share different ideas on
Christian theology
And these are just some of the things we talk and learn about in Sunday School. Come join us

M & M [Mission & Ministry] “Quarterly Quotas” Update
AFRICA HOPE CENTER On June 12th, Lance Moyer will be here and will deliver the message that day sharing with us about the ministry of the Africa HOPE Center. This is an orphanage which houses children of all ages who have lost their parents due to AIDS. Their building currently houses 100 children and they need more space. Our donations will help them to build additional shelter for these children. Hope to see in church on June 12th to find out more about this vital mission opportunity. We will also receive a Joyful Noise offering for this project on June 12th – so fill your pockets with change that day so we can truly make a joyful noise! Of course, as always, quieter bills are acceptable too!!!
To date we have received back (8) tubes for a total of $107.50. Lots of tubes have been taken, so we’re looking forward to receiving those back. There are also more available, so….. take a tube of M&M mini’s on your way out of church….enjoy the M&M’s, fill the empty tube with quarters [or bills] and return it to church by the end of the quarter!
Tubes are located on the table across from the elevator & on the mantle by the front door in the narthex. Once filled, please return the tubes to the “Quarterly Quotas” return box located on the table below the bulletin and flower sponsor sign-up sheets, drop them in the offering plate or give them to Josh Serfass or Janice Metzger. For this project, please return your filled tube(s) by Sunday, July 3rd. Thanks for your support!!!
If you wish, you may also visit their website – africahopecenter.org – or find them on Face book – search for Africa HOPE Center.
