Fangsheng is a cooling solution supplier in China, manufacturingaluminum bar & plate (Plate-fin) heat exchangers. We provide excellentproducts for the relevant businesses from all over the world, many ofwhom are industry leaders. Our brand is well recognized and respected inour principal markets.

FS has three independent workshops. We have 300experienced employees, among 20% of them are technicians. Thanks toour high efficient working team and advanced equipments, our productioncapacity can reach to 150 000 PCS coolers yearly.

As heat exchanger helps to cool down the generator, convertor and gear-box, it plays a key role in the operation of wind turbine. There is a highrequirement for the long-term stability of the heat exchanger. Fangshenghas taken all the possible risks into consideration, including the corrosionof the rainwater, the sand blocking and so on. Moreover, the design andproduction process will be adjusted based on the performance tests andfeedbacks from customers. .

Thepotential risks such as vibration, corrosion and sand blocking should beconsidered when designing. Besides, according to the fan characteristiccurve and fluid resistance characteristic curve of the entire coolingsystem, we will calculate it to optimize the performance of ventilationsystem and oil-water system for guaranteeing the coolers capacity.
