This is to inform all concerned that the Echo-Training ofTeachers and School Heads on the Results- based Performance Management System (RP MS) Manual shall be conducted for two (2) days within June 2018. 2. In the conduct of the echo-training, the following schemes are hereby prescribed: a. DSLAC - in the elementary level, all teachers and school heads shall undergo training via district learning action cell to be held in the central school: b. SLAC - in the secondary level, all high school teachers, department heads and school heads shall undergo training via school learning action cell which also includes teachers of senior high school. Proper coordination shall be made by the junior high school principal. 3. To serve as resource speakers and members of the technical work group are those school heads and teachers who attended the Division Training of Trainers on June 8-9, 2018 at JIL Colleges Foundation. 4. Enclosure Nos. 1 & 2 contain the action plan format and suggested training matrix respectively. 5. In the planning of the echo-training, it is suggested that the procedure in the conduct of learning action cell (LAC) be followed. 6. All district supervisors and secondary school heads are required to submit completion report on the echo-training consisting of two (2) page narrative with photos and attendance table indicating number of participants per grade level. 7. Expenses to be incurred like meals, snacks, supplies and printing of handouts shall be charged to school MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
