4 It is e-cloth’s® fiber size, fiber composition, fiber processing and densityof cloth that allows e-cloth® to outperformall other microfiber and cleaning cloths.

4 Fiber Size. Unlike ordinary cloths, e-cloth® fibers are designed and fabricated to provide maximum cleaningpower. Primarily made from polyester andpolyamide, the tiny e-cloth® fibers are1,000 times finer than cotton fibers or1/200th diameter of a human hair. Thefibers are the smallest in the world that can be made by man.

4 Fiber Composition. The highest quality raw materials in the world are used to make the micro-size polyester(affinity to attract oil) and polyamide (affinity to attract water) fibers.

4 Fiber Processing. During production,every fiber is split into 16 fiber filaments,each of which is processed to give perfectcleaning and polishing performance. Eachcloth is fabricated to have as many as 1.6 million fiber strands per square inch of cloth.

4 Fiber Density. Nearly 500 million fiberstrands are in each cloth resulting in 1,246miles of e-cloth® fibers in each cloth. Toput this in perspective, fibers from one e-cloth® would stretch from New York Cityto Minneapolis or Seattle to San Diego.

4 How e-cloth® Works. e-cloth’s®

filaments are so small and so strong;using just water they break up, lift, lockin and clean deep down into the tiniestgrooves and crevices. Dust, grease, oils,grime, dirt and bacteria are quickly andeasily removed and locked away deepinside the fibers until the cloths arerinsed or washed.

4 Result. Surfaces are cleaned so effectively that there is nowhere left for bacteria to grow. Surfaces are lefttotally smear and lint free, and polished.e-cloths® rapidly absorb 7 times theirweight in water.
