E-Wall is a patented stay-in-place form for building solid concrete walls. The form consists of an exteriorfiber/gypsum board held to an interior rigid foam insulation board. Light gauge steel studs hold the interiorand exterior boards together. Furring strips are provided on the interior facing side of the insulation boardsurface. Vertical re-bar (poured in the slab) connects the panels to the foundation, and horizontal re-bar isplaced every 2' in height in the form prior to the concrete pour. Once the forms are poured, the walls areready for conventional electrical placement and drywall installation using the furring strips provided.Conventional exterior finishes such as stucco or siding can be directly applied.
E-Wall construction creates highly insulated, low air infiltration, moisture resistant, extremely strong(250mph wind load / Miami Dade Approved), fast, and affordable (competitive with standard concreteblock) construction.

Water Blown Foam Insulation
Water Blown Foam Insulation Benefits:- Reduces A/C Costs by 20 to 25 Percent- Virtually Eliminates Dust, Moisture and Heat in Attic Space- Improves Indoor Air Quality (Endorsed by American Lung Assn.)- Reduces Affect of High Winds on Roof System- Eliminates Pest Access to Attic from the Outside- Creates Dry, Cool, Usable Attic Space- Provides a Low Maintenance Location for Air Handler- No Off-gassing from Spraying or Foam Itself- Lifetime Warranty for Performance- No Food Value to Insects
Product Description: Open cell, water propelled foam is sprayed directly ontothe bottom side of the roof decking, creating a totally sealed attic space. Ridgevents and soffit vents are eliminated. Peak attic temperatures will drop from thestandard 130 degrees (or more) to 85 degrees (or less). Air conditioning ductswill now run in cool, dry space, saving 20 to 25 percent on A/C costs. Dust andmoisture that typically enters vented attics and makes its way into the livingspace is eliminated. The building becomes safer in high winds due to theelimination of the ridge and soffit venting, which also eliminates a major accessfor pests. Can be used in wall cavities as well as roof applications. Createsexcellent sound reduction, as well. Suitable for commercial and residentialbuildings.

“SIP LOCK” Structural Insulated Panel System
“SIP LOCK ” is an innovative building construction technology utilizing “ monocoque”engineering, as used in the skins of airplanes, to give its metal shell superior strength. Metalskinned panels with a high density expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core are the heart of thesystem, offering a R-18.4 value on 4” walls and a R-27.6 on 6” roof panels.
The “SIP LOCK” system meets or exceeds Florida’s hurricane code requirements, isresistive to termites and other pests as it offers no food value, and stops moisturepenetration, preventing the chance of mold growth, promoting healthier indoor airquality. The system is made of primarily recycled and recyclable materials, as well.
Using the "SIP LOCK" system for roofs creates a dry, cool, pest-free space for A/Cducts, reducing energy bills, improving air quality, as well as creating optimum storageconditions. Coupled with high performance insulated windows and high efficiencyHVAC systems energy saving of up to 60% are not uncommon.

High Efficiency / Healthy Indoor Air QualityAir Conditioning Package
System Components:18 EER / 22 SEER Freus Water Cooled Condensing Unit – Reduces energy consumptionfrom air conditioning by 50 to 60 percent versus 10 SEER (standard) condenser. More efficientthan 20 SEER air-cooled equipment. Fiberglass cabinet, 15 year limited warranty.
Heat Pipe Passive Dehumidification Air Handler – By passively pre-cooling and post-heatingthe air moving across the evaporator, your air conditioner becomes twice as powerful indehumidification. Mold in ducts and wallboard is avoided and higher temperatures feel morecomfortable, saving more a/c costs.
Intelligent Fan Recycler Fresh Air Controller – Installed with a 4” ductfrom outside air to the return of the air handler. Cycles the air hander onevery 30 minutes to create more fresh air exchanges and positivepressure on the home, flushing toxins out and keeping humidity frombeing drawn in through air infiltration. We also recommend installing ahumidistat in parallel with the thermostat, set to turn on the HVAC systemany time the humidity level goes over 55%.

Passive Solar Water Heating
Passive Solar Water Heating Benefits:→ Reduces Water Heating Costs by 70 to 90 Percent→ Can Lower Overall Electric Bills by 20 Percent or More→ Doubles Hot Water Supply→ No Moving Parts, Maintenance Free, 10 Year Warranty, Made in Florida→ Creates Positive Cash Flow / Tax Free Return on Investment (5 to 20% annual)→ Acts as an Emergency Source of Hot Water→ Reduces Environmental Impact of Utility Power Generation→ Why Buy Oil from Overseas to Heat Water? Solar Water Heating is the SingleLargest Step We Can Take Toward Energy Independence
System Description: A 4’ x 8’ collector holding 40 gallons of water is installed onthe roof, typically facing South. Domestic water is plumbed directly into thecollector where it is heated by the sun. The roof-mounted collector is piped to feeda standard gas or electric water heater inside the home, which acts as a backupheater. When hot water is used in the house, the solar heated water comes from thecollector into the standard water tank, reducing or eliminating the need for thestandard element to operate. One 40 gallon Passive Solar Water Heater willtypically reduce water heating costs by 70 to 90 percent for a family of four inSouthwest Florida, saving 20 percent or more on overall electric bills.

utility bills.
Own the home of your dreams!
The Lender of Choice For High-Performance Homes The Best Kept Secret in the Mortgage Industry—Revealed!
EnergyWise Mortgage™ is the nation’s
premier source for Energy Efficient Mortgages. We offer lower interest rates than most local banks. The Energy Efficient Mort-gage has two components.
Your New Home
The simplest is for new homes that have been built to be energy saving. We will lend about 7-8% more for energy efficient homes and give a 1/8% interest rate reduction as well. We actually count the annual energy
savings as income for loan qualifica-tion.
The best of these new homes have been built to meet Energy Star Home standards. These homes will use at least 30% less energy than standard built homes. If you are looking at new homes, this is a great way to buy that home and save money. The savings will in-crease as utility costs rise in the future.
Older Homes
Our second program is for the 80% of the market comprised of existing homes. Most homes built before the 1990’s are beginning to see fur-naces, air-conditioners and water heaters that could be replaced with newer, more energy saving mod-els. Older homes usually have insulation that is be-low current recommended levels and would really save money by adding more to the attic, and often the walls as well.
Our EEM loan can get you the needed improve-ments with no additional monthly cost when factor-ing in the energy savings!
To quote Benjamin Franklin—”A penny saved is a penny earned.” Nowhere is this statement more ap-
plicable than upgrading the energy features of your home.
If you are looking for a home that is in need of en-ergy improvements, you can have them done as soon as you buy your new home. You will work with a Home Energy Rater who will be able to look at the features the home has currently and determine what can be done to improve the homes perform-ance in a cost effective manner. Cost effective means the improvements will pay for themselves through immediate savings on your utility bills.
Of the two following examples, which home would you choose?
Home A— Standard Efficiency Home Mortgage $1.200
Gas and electric $275 Total Mortgage & Utility Cost: $1,475
Home B— Energy Saving Home (Includes energy improvements) Mortgage $1,300
Gas and electric $125 Total Mortgage & Utility Cost: $1,425
Savings per Month: $50.00
If you can buy or upgrade your new home and save money on all future utility bills, why wouldn’t you do it? If you are like most people, it is because you didn’t know you had an affordable choice. Now you know!
