EcoTank vs. laser

Why EcoTank is a smart choiceThere are many reasons why EcoTank printers are the smart choice for business

printing. They use a much simpler printing mechanism than laser printers, so

maintenance and downtime are reduced. They also don't use heat to print, so

you don't have to wait for them to warm up before printing. And because the

printheads eject liquid ink without coming in contact with the paper, essential

printing components are proceed from friction and wear. In addition, liquid

ink is more space-efficient than laser printer toner because toner contains a

large volume of air trapped between the individual particles of powdered ink.

Simple mechanism Laser printers use a complex combination of interdependent processes, including charging, exposure, development, transfer, and fixing, to transfer toner onto the paper. EcoTank

printers, on the other hand, use a simple mechanism to eject ink from the printhead directly onto the paper.

Uses no heatIn laser printers, high-temperature heating is required to fix toner to the paper. EcoTank printers use precisely controlled mechanical pressure to eject ink — no heat is required.
