I acted as project manager for large scale design projects. Produced and edited several books for the U.S. Navy’s Cadastral Modernization Project.

I was the landscape architect responsible for arranging and attending design meetings with clients to conceptualize projects of every scale, from small commercial projects to corporate campuses of multi-million dollar firms and public park systems in Duval County. I conducted site analysis and inventory, developed basemaps, and produced conceptual and final layout, fine grading, planting plans, hardscape and construction details. I produced perspectives, section-elevations and renderings for public presentations and marketing graphics. I generated preliminary cost estimates for budgeting purposes, and edited and assisted in writing proposals for private and public construction projects. I provided project management and post-construction evaluation, and helped to coordinate pre-bid meetings to clarify contractor’s scope of services.
