DESCRIPTION

This is the outcome of the coursewide brainstorming on developing competencies for the distance education instructor. First we divided into 4 teams (3-4 people each) to create in-team competencies. Then a representative of each team met with other reps to put together (add, combine, remove, negotiate) a final list based on the individual team's contributions.
