The CENTERMILL 400 U offers multifunctional 5 axis machining with a working area of 800 (X) x 610 (Y) x 510 (Z) mm.• The integrated rotary table with 400 mm diameter is equipped with high dynamic direct drives. The swivel angle of -42° up to +120° enables very flexible machining options.• Option 1: a special designed 27kW main spindle with lockable spindle shaft offers effective milling/turning operation.• Option 2: a machine adapted workpiece/pallet exchange system enables a significant increase of productivity. The Centermill is a compact high efficient machining center that meets all demands on modern multi axis machining, and that to an affordable price.

• Under the machine housing, a corrugated high power meehanite cast structure appears, designed for maximum vibration cushioning.• All cast components are stress-relieved and surface finished for long term accuracy and long service life.• Altogether, these are best preconditions for highest machining quality for a wide area of milling/turning applications.
