Step back in time to the ancient bath houses of Constantinople by trying our Turkish Hammam. The cleansing ritual begins by stepping into the steam room or sauna to help cleanse the body of impurities. Massage and cleansing treatments are ideal immediately after using the sauna.

After the body is cleansed, you may indulge in a tranquil soak in one of our three temperature controlled pools. To neutralise the body temperature, it is recommended to have a cold plunge or shower after stepping out of the heated pools.

When receiving a treatment at Eden Spa you will be given a locker, sandals and a warm comfortable robe to wear before and after your treatment. During your treatment you will always be draped to protect your privacy.

Please Note: Whilst lockers are provided to store all valuables, Eden Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables that have been brought into the premises.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes to change into and a swimsuit if you plan to use the Aquamedic pool, Turkish Hammam, sauna or steam room.

Refund Policy Treatment packages, courses and products are non refundable, transferable or exchangeable once purchased or subscribed to.

Cancellation Policy Treatments are reserved especially for you with one of our professional practitioners. Weekday bookings require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Weekend bookings require 48 hours cancellation notice. Any cancellations within 4 hours before scheduled timing will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be deducted for a “no show”.

years old are not permitted to use the gymnasium.• All persons below 16 years old are not allowed to use steam room, sauna, and spa facilities.• Unsupervised use of flotation devices is not allowed in the pool, all persons below 6 years old must wear safety armbands or floater rings all the time.• All food and beverages consumed on the club premises must be purchased at the club. No food and beverages must be brought in the club.• In order to respect co-guest privacy, sound equipment, e.g. radios, cd players, cassette players, etc. are not allowed in the club except with the use of headphones. Games or

activities, which are disturbing or dangerous to others, are not permitted.• Towels are available to members and guest upon entry to the club. It is forbidden to remove any property belonging to Eden Spa & Health Club, including towels, bathrobes

and others. Towels and bathrobes that are not returned will be charged.• Members and guest are not allowed to bring pets into the club. Smoking is not permitted inside the Health Club and Spa.• Appropriate clothing must be worn when using the facilities. Correct swimwear must be worn in the pool and proper sportswear including non marking shoes in the gym,

tennis court, squash courts and aerobics studio. Total nudity inside the lockers and spa facilities are strictly prohibited.• Guest and members may request for a locker key at the reception. Always store your personal effects inside the lockers. The key is to be returned to the club reception after

use if lost fees will be applied. Members and guest are advice not to leave items in the locker overnight. The club will not be held responsible to any loss of personal items.• All persons using the tennis, squash, spa, pool or any fitness facilities must comply with the rules and regulations specific to those areas.• Members does not entitle to the availability of a deck chair, umbrella or a reserved space in any area of the club including the beach.• Domestic helpers/Nannies are allowed to enter the club with a maximum of one person either nanny or helper per membership, however without usage of the facilities.• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. For period of interruption, membership cannot be extended. Facilities not included within their membership category
