AccommodationEdenmore have a number of luxury self catering Apartments both in the build-ing and in the grounds. Our Bride and Groom receive one of these for their wedding night with our compliments if their wedding is above 70 guests. For smaller weddings we are happy to ar-range a special discounted price for the Bride and Groom.

Golf CourseEdenmore’s 18 hole golf course has matured into a true test of golf. Both the front and back nines start and finish at the clubhouse and the holes offer a range of challenges to suit every golfer’s ability. As a special gift to the Groom we invite him to bring three of his guests and play 18 holes on this beauti-ful parkland course. The course is open all year round and a time suitable for you can be arranged.

Country ClubWe invite our Bride and Bridesmaids to come along and enjoy a session in our Country Club Health Suite. You will get the chance to relax in the spa, refresh yourself in our steam room or just get that warm all-over feeling the sauna gives. It’s a great chance to get your bridesmaids together to chat over your plans for the day. Perhaps you might even consider booking a relaxing massage to finish off the day.

Getting Married at Edenmore

Your Wedding AgreementSorry about all the small print but please read this document carefully. We would be delighted to answer questions you may have before you sign this agreement. Please return it with your deposit to confirm your booking.

Provisional Bookings & AccountsThese will be held FOURTEEN DAYS from the date of booking, after which they may be cancelled if not confirmed. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £500.00 will be necessary to confirm the booking. A further pre-payment of £500 will be required six months before your wedding. Your final balance will be payable on the evening of your wedding function. We accept Debit and Credit Cards, Cash or a guaranteed cheque.

All the prices indicated are based on our current costs and are sometimes subject to fluctuations. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Choice of Menu & Final QuotationsYou will be required to finalize your menu choice approximately three weeks prior to your wedding. At that time all your other final details will be required. With this information your wedding coordinator will help you set out a time line to plan your day.

Final Guest NumbersWe will require your final guest numbers and a seating plan 7 days prior to your wedding. However we can accept final guest numbers update up to 48 hours before your function, from which all bills will be calculated. Edenmore will try to achieve any late requests you may have, however you should be aware additional costs may be incurred for additional items.

Time KeepingEdenmore only book one wedding per day to ensure your banquet is presented at its best. It is very important to commence your banquet at a mutually agreed time. Please try to ensure your banquet begins on time, Failure to commence within half an hour of your agreed time will incur a charge of £50 per half hour after the agreed time. [Your wedding coordinator’s time line will help you plan to keep your day on time].

Leaving on TimeEdenmore has a late license for entertainment and the bar up until 1.00 am. It is important to make your guests aware that they should reserve taxis or make arrangements to get home safely at a reasonable time to enable our staff to lock up by 2.00 am.

EntertainmentEdenmore reserve the right to approve any external entertainment or activities you intend to arrange. You have a responsibility to ensure all third parties [Bands, DJs etc] you employ have adequate public liability in place for your event and provide you with Current PAT [Portable Appliance Test] test certificates for their equipment. Copies of such should be available on request. Unfortunately our fire regulations mean smoke machines cannot be used for indoor entertainment. Your function must be conducted in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules and directions of management and within all applicable legislation.

It is your responsibility to remind your band or entertainers that they should play their music at levels that are safe for their guests and also our staff to work.

AccommodationEdenmore provide complimentary use of a self catering apartment for the Bride and Groom who have 70 or more guests to a Banquet in the Kircassock Suite. All other Bride and Grooms will receive a specially discounted price. All accommodation at Edenmore is booked on a first come first served basis. If you require accommodation, or if some of your guests need accommodation with us please make your reservation at time of booking to avoid disappointment. Rooms or apartments are not automatically reserved with a wedding deposit.

Bringing in food or Beverages You should be aware that we cannot permit you or your guests to bring any food or beverages onto the premises. This excludes your wedding cake for your banquet and does not apply to our accommodation.

Unforeseen Circumstances Edenmore cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by any third party or by circumstances outside their control. If an unforeseen circumstance arises Edenmore reserve the right to close the bar or terminate the music or entertainment.

Amendments or Cancellation by YouIn some unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at some time prior to the event, your deposit and all pre-payments will be non refundable. Edenmore’s cancellation policy is based on 65% of banquet revenue based on a minimum cost of £33.00 per guest contracted. Please notify us verbally as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will then contact you personally to request your cancellation in writing.

Amendments or Cancellations by EdenmoreShould Edenmore for reasons outside its control need to make amendments to your booking, we reserve the right to offer an alternative choice of facilities. Edenmore has an ongoing refurbishment policy and reserves the right to change the appearance of internal or external areas of the building. Our Chef may vary his menu choices from year to year with new course options becoming available and others being removed.

Damage Responsibility for damage caused by yourself or your guests to any part of Edenmore or any of its fixtures and fittings or any of its grounds will unfortunately be yours. This also applies to persons working on your behalf during the set up or dismantling of equipment used by them. The cost of repairing any damage or replacing any item removed by your guests must be reimbursed in full to Edenmore. Nothing should be affixed to the floor, walls or ceiling of the allocated room by nails, screws, drawing pins, tape or any other means, or be suspended from the room without permission.

InsuranceWedding insurance should be considered to protect you against perhaps damage to venue or third party injury/damage, photography, entertainment or cancellation.
