EDG & Atelier is one of the approved architects by the ThikaGreens Limited (T.G.L) management.Our designs at T.G.L includes the golf clubhouse and residentialhouses in Thika Greens Phase I and II

FLAMINGOTOWERSFlamingo Towers is one of Kenya’s first building to use a car lift systemrather than ramps.

The clients wanted an office building with sufficient parking located inUpperhill, however, the hard rock made creating a basement difficult.

We lifted up the building slightly and designed a car lift system to create abuilding with sufficient parking and conserve space.

THIKA GREENS

EDG & Atelier is one of the approved architects by the Thika Greens Limited(T.G.L) management.

The Clubhouse is the signature building for the Thika Greens golf Estate.The club possesses a cottage typology and has a rustic finish. Domerwindows at the club house are utilized to bring light into the upper levelsthe roof creating attic spaces and giving the building its unique character.

The different Phases Phase I, Phase II & Phase III have been proposed to

have a different aesthetic feel. We have in some instances severalaesthetic expressions of one house and different sizes of the samedesign in order to allow as much flexibility and expression of individualityas possible
