USEFUL INFORMATIONTravel & ParkingAll three of our main campuses are easily accessible via car and bus. Free car parking will be available at our Craiglockhart and Sighthill campuses. At our Merchiston campus there is limited free on-campus parking due to the city centre location of the campus. However, there is free and paid on-street parking close by.

We will have inter-campus minibuses throughout the day if you wish to visit one of our other campuses. Please visit the bus sign-up stand for more info.

Food & DrinkFood and drink will be available throughout the day across all three campuses.

At Sighthill there is a Starbucks outlet in the Atrium.

There will also be a selection of hot and cold food and drinks available to purchase throughout the day in the Atrium canteen.

Disabled Access: All rooms being used for the Open Day have disabled access. If you require any assistance please speak to a member of staff or one of our student ambassadors (in the red T-shirts).

First Aid: Please report to the welcome desk or contact a member of staff or student ambassador if you require first aid.

Meeting Point: If you become separated from your party please head back to the welcome desk for your school.

Quiet Room: If you require a quiet room at any point during the day, please contact a member of staff and they will direct you. Our quiet room is 1.B.04.

Photography & Filming: Some photography and filming will be taking place on the day to appear in future Edinburgh Napier University printed and digital publicity. Please let the photographer or a member of staff know if you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed.

In Case of Emergency: Please contact a member of staff. In the event of a fire please exit the building immediately, do not use the lifts and remain outside until a member of staff informs you that you may re-enter.

THE STUDENT EXPERIENCE HUBAccommodationOur Accommodation Team will be based at the Student Experience Hub. There will be an information stand for you to come along and ask questions to both current residents and staff. Find out about Res Life and the exciting events they organise across all of our accommodation sites. PLUS tour one of our flats so you can check out your new digs!

Edinburgh Napier Students’ Association (ENSA)Come along and find out about Edinburgh Napier Students’ Association. As well as the vast array of sports clubs and societies on offer at Edinburgh Napier, you can find out about how the students get involved and have a say in everything from social events to course content. There will also be information about the various types of help and support ENSA can provide throughout your studies.

Santander Parents Zone No matter how many children you have sent off to university it is always an anxious time for parents. Come along to the Santander Parents Zone to chat to other parents over a cup of tea or coffee and share your experiences, concerns and get advice. Santander representatives will also be on hand to discuss the student bank accounts they offer, so your son or daughter doesn’t have to rely completely on the bank of mum and dad.

Local BusinessesEdinburgh is a fantastic and vibrant city, with around 100,000 students calling Edinburgh home. With this many students in town, the city is geared up for student life (and budgets). We will have a selection of local businesses providing stands, competitions and giveaways to present just a small taste of what this wonderful city has to offer.
