• Now that fall as officially started I find myself and my appetite craving the heavier, richer foods of autumn filled with color and flavor.

• So no more salads.

• Instead I’m opting for thick cuts of roast beef, warm sweet chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven, hunks of fresh bread dripping with melting butter, hamburgs so thick I can barely take a bite, steaming bowls of pasta and chili, and of course handfuls of salty, buttery popcorn!
