Switched on. Switched off. Faster or lower speed? It’s exciting when I get used but has its boring times. One by one they have a turn ‘’walking’’ or as I like to call it massaging my back. They each have a schedule which I’m still getting use too. First in the morning the mother who does her daily ‘’massage’’ during the mornings she keeps the speed pretty high so it’s very relaxing. After the daughter in the afternoon then the son in the evening. Although I have all these amazing people ‘’massage’’ my back there is always this one man lying down on this large soft brown object putting yellow round things in his mouth and it makes a loud crunch sound. For all I know he never ‘’massage’’s my back which makes me a little confused why. One percular day the man decided to have a ‘’massage’’ on my back. As soon as the belt on my back turned there was a loud crack and my back ached like never before. The man then yelled for the mother and she yelled at him for breaking my back I then realised my back had a large crack. The following day as soon as I woke up I had realised that I was no longer at home but in a dark smelly stuffy atmosphere…

We all have a pet peeve that we can’t control especially food. Here we have a

reader writing to us about her’s: ‘’Hi. I’m Caren and I’m 25 years old and love to

eat! It’s almost a hobby- delicious cakes, succulent burgers and scrumptious

sweets. I do realise my bad habit but I absolutely hate the gym with its bustling ,

sweaty people and its claustrophobic atmosphere. The thought of me getting

bigger worries me and would be extremely grateful for any help’’. We understand

Caren and her ‘’hobby’’. She should try- ‘’Take a walk, ride a bike, or go for a

hike’’ says Scott Lucett director of education for the national academy of sports

medicine.

First find activities that make you happy. If you don’t enjoy the gym try running in

the park , around your block or up and down beach. If you are a parent why not

bring your child along in a stroller that way you both have fun. Take it slow at the

start make sure you have fun but still get the job done!

If you are a huge gamer or enjoy incorporating your hobbies into exercise try a

Wii Fit. It has feature such as yoga, strength training, aerobics and balancing

games. Also Wii Fit is the third best selling game console in history. It comes with

a unique balancing board which you practise the exercise with. Also fitness DVD’s

work great way of starting the day.

Social butterflies would love group workouts they often take place at parks or

Fitness centers. They are a great way of making friends and being able to get fit in

a exciting way. If you enjoy dancing which is already getting fit but purely if you

wanna do more fitness try zumba. Which is a combination of dance and exercise a

very unique and creative way of exercising.

I hope you enjoyed reading. Also why not try them out?

Witness in fitness

Dear Lola, I’m a 27 year old which is happily married to my high school sweetheart ‘Oliver’. Ever since I was a little girl I’ve had an uncontrollable addiction to sweets . All different kinds of sweets- cookies ,cakes , cotton cakes , gummy bears, chocolate you name it. It was so uncontrollable that my mother had to limit my candy eating to only eating it once a year for my birthday. When I eat candy it gives me satisfaction but I go insanely HYPER. Another bad thing is that I think that my husband is leaving me for my crazy addiction. PLEASE HELP! -Desperate cries from Boston Well if you feel as though your addiction is getting a bit out of hand try councelling or talking to your friends for advice? As for your husband try having a talk with him about how you are feeling and see where it gets you Good luck -Lola
