Survey AnalysisAfter receiving all results from the needs analysis and collaborating with my principal, I have decided to conduct my professional development based on the topic of classroom funding with a focus on Donors Choose. The majority of my co workers suggested this professional development take place during our weekly grade level PLC meeting. I believe that most of my co workers suggested this topic due to our outdated technology. This is a quicker way to get the technology our students deserve.
