The Quest of SPOC:* review and integration (as needed) of FY2007-2011 strategic

initiatives

* review of data from data collected from internal and external scans (and feedback solicited from employees)

* assessment of the Strategic Planning Oversight process itself

* periodic updates to the college president, cabinet, KCC staff, and Board of Trustees

* alignment with strategic goals, AQIP/accreditation standards, the assessment of institutional effectiveness, budget decision-making, and analysis of predicted trends in district demographics and the labor market.
