    1.1. To find rent room near our kindergarten and equip the room for

    resource room .

    1.2. Human resource for transition resource room

    1.3. To choose and register 12 students with special needs for the

    resource room.

    1.4. To make an assessment for the students to identify their needs

    1.5. To make IEP and Daily schedule

    1.6. To organize"Visit" program the target schools,make School social

    and Resource map, Seasonal calendar ,Reasonable adjustment

    plan

    1.7. To organize a New year's event together with the target schools

    1.8. To evaluate the students and the schools /parents

    participation/

    1.9 To organize, the students"temporary visit" to target schools

    1.10 To make a deal with target schools to enter for target students
