l  It’s  however  a  sof  law  (Res.  57/104  of  the  UNGA,2002-­‐  ambiHous  but  no  commitments-­‐  …..but  we  can  hold  ourselves  to  account  for  not  allowing  ourselves  to  learn,  relearn,  and  unlearn….there  is  no  end  to  knowledge
