Some of the topics that might be included are learning theory and the use of multimedia to improve online learning; instructional design theory and application; online learning and teaching initiatives; use of technology in online education; innovative online learning and teaching practices. The website also provides authors wanting to submit their work with guidelines, which gives specific information on what is needed for them to submit their transcripts.

My Personal Reflection of JOLT This website is a great way for teachers and

undergraduate education students to get advise from top researchers and scholars.

I like the layout and the access to other manuscripts that might help with the process of your own manuscript.

Lastly, I like the fact that it is free to subscribe to JOLT and that they send you notifications when new issues are added to the website.

My Personal Reflection of JSTOR This website has endless possibilities when it comes to

academic journals. When you sign up with them you have access not only to institutions in the United States but also 15 other countries.

The format of the website is very helpful. You can browse by discipline, title, or publisher and you can also search by citation.

The website also provides the reader with different languages to make it more convenient for people that use English as a second language.

My Personal Reflection of ERIC ERIC is a very complex website that gives you resources to just about

anything you may be looking for. It gives help to researchers, teachers, librarians, administrators,

education policymakers, instructors, and students in teacher-preparation programs, parents, the media and business communities, and the general public. (Who Uses ERIC, http://www.eric.ed.gov/

ERICWebPortal/ resources/html/collection/about_collection.html) Like the other sites, it is easy to sign up for ERIC but I feel that it is

more beneficial to join a website like this one than the other two because this website has more depth and does not just focus on journals.

Conclusion Those are just three of the many educational resources that

are available to students and faculty that are involved in the education field.

All three sources are excellent when looking for information but as I have said before, I feel that ERIC is the best website for people to use because it goes beyond journals and it has an easy search engine where you can break down your searches.

To conclude, when it comes to resources I do not think that many students realize how much we have at our fingertips. There are a plethora of extraordinary sites whose information is nearly endless; and people often wonder if they can find enough information on a given subject.
