You have been asked to join an inter professional committee focused on introducing the electronic care plan for your practice area and service. The first major project for this committee is to implement a pilot and complete an impact evaluation. Reflect upon what you believe to be some of the core features and functionality which you would expect to be available when using this system to record patient care? What issues would you expect may arise during this evaluation that would need to be addressed as part of this implementation process by the project management team? Design a Microsoft Excel spread sheet with two columns. In column 1 list core features you would expect to find in the system and in column 2 list potential issues that may need to be addressed with the issues you have listed.
