December 1, 2014 Dear Colleagues, Lifetouch is the official photographer of AASA, The School Superintendents Association. Their support has helped strengthen our organization as it has for hundreds of schoolhouses nationwide. For nearly 80 years, Lifetouch has been preserving school day memories for families and providing a pictorial record for classrooms, schools and districts. Additionally, their record of giving back to education is now topping an annual $100 million services, programs and commissions. Child safety is one of the ways Lifetouch gives back. In partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Lifetouch provides safety resources and a premier safety photo ID card for use if a child is missing. To date, the SmileSafe™ card has been credited with the return of missing children in nearly 25 states. By the end of this school year, Lifetouch hopes to offer this program to every family in America, regardless of their ability to purchase photographs. We have valued the contributions of Lifetouch for years. I hope you consider their services. Sincerely, Dan Domenech, Executive Director American Association of School Administrators, AASA
