Why the attention to Edu-Tech?Stakeholders in the education space bemoan the state and standard of learning and development systems. Whether it is in India or elsewhere, the challenges can be summarized into three main categories.
Employability The current educational, learning and development system was developed to meet the needs of industrialism born around the 19th century. Requirements have changed, but the system continues unchanged.
Accessibility Education, learning, and development content and resources are inaccessible and unaffordable to the masses.
Quality Curricula and pedagogy are behind the curve. Trainers are ill-equipped in terms of developing and using modern media to impart knowledge to evolving participants.
