Menu

Club- and activity-related functions are grouped together.

Club Settings

Default minimum attendance required to be an active member, e.g. 80%* Values can be modified in each club.

Applicant status (approved / rejected) can / cannot be changed after Payment.

If there is a time clash, student can / cannot apply for a club.

Activity Settings

Numbers of activities for a student to select can be controlled within a period of time.

Record View

• Record view is used throughout the year.

• It can show all information for each club / activity.

• Functions include:

– Enable / Disable Online Registration

– Edit Group Information

– View Member List

– Take Attendance

Process View

• Process view is used DURING enrolment period.

• Functions include:

– Applicants Handling

– Check Quota

– Payment Handling

• More functions (clear unhandled data / random drawing) are present AFTER enrolment period.

Online Registration

Online registration can be switched on/off individually.(Members can be added manually if clubs do NOT use the function.)

Applicant HandlingApplicants can be added manually DURING enrolment period.

eEnrolment will check for clashes if there is any.

Overall Performance

Overall performance (report) can be used:1. To calculate overall performance score (if score is entered in club / activity

performance);2. To list club / activity joined for a student / a class.

Data Handling (to OLE): • A new feature to add OLE (Other Learning Experience) records to iPortfolio• 4 Steps:

Perform Random Drawing

After teacher selection on applicants, unhandled students should be cleared before moving into next round of enrolment.

Random drawing can be performed in all clubs / each activity by using these icons.
