Cancellation or Substitution PolicyOnce registered, these places are not transferable without the agreement of Recunnect Ltd for which reasonable prior notice must be given. For any cancellations received in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the event, we will provide you with a 90% credit to be used at another Recunnect Ltd event which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of suchcredit. An administration fee of 10% of the registration fee will be retained by Recunnect Ltd for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the event.

IndemnityRecunnect Ltd reserves the right to make alterations to the event/executive briefing content, timing, speakers or program and venues. Where major or significant changes occur shortly before the conference date, Recunnect Ltd will endeavor to take reasonable steps to notify the customers using the contact details supplied. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Recunnect Ltd. In the event that Recunnect Ltd cancels or postpones an event for any reason, the customer will receive a refund of the registration fee paid. The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the conference.
