EEV Duckbill valve RH-41 SERIES

EEV Duckbill valves are non-return axial water flow valves made of layers fabric and rubber

material reinforced. And widely used for large pipe diameter flows with low back pressures, such

as sea coast, sand beach, sea port, city release water,etc.

With Sample design and one piece rubber construction, EEV Duckbill valves provide a safe and

dependable backflow prevention service. The valves have a low opening pressure and is self-

draining which eliminates standing water and maximizes storage volume in the upstream pipe.

EEV Duckbill valve is manufactured of

flexible rubber material reinforced with fabric

material. Its geometry consists of a shot piece

of duckbill-like rubber tube at one end, a

round flange typically clamped onto a pipe

port at the other, and a saddle shape at the

middle.

Shell of Construction: EEV Duckbill valve is available in

Nature Rubber, Buna-N, EPDM,

Viton. Other materials are on requests.

The shell of duckbill valve actually is

sandwich structure which consists of

3 upper layers of rubber and 2lower

layers of rubber with 2 layers of fabric

reinforcement in the middle. Each

rubber layer is 2mm thick, each

woven fabric layer is around 1mm thick. So the total thickness of the rubber matrix hosting fabric

reinforcement is approximately 12-13mm.

EEV Pinch valve GJ-41 Series

EEV GJ41-6/10 Series handle wheel operated pinch valve used for kinds of slurries. Made from

high quality elastomeric materials, flanges can be drilling to ANSI, GOST, DIN, JIS, or any other

standard. Design to solve process

problems with flowing which is

abrasive or corrosive. EEV pinch

valve is widely used the mineral

processing, pulp and paper, power

plant, chemical industry, etc.

EEV pinch valve is simple

designed which means seatless,

glandless, packlingless, etc. The

rubber sleeve is the only wetted

part of the valves. And the sleeves

can be easily changed.

EEV Gate Valve Z-41 Series

Features: 1. Design and manufacture can be confirmed with DIN, AWWA, ANSI, BS, etc.

2. Flanges confirm to ANSI B16.1 Class125 150, or any other standard or non-standard.

3. Ease of operation. The gate is fully supported throughout travel by an integrally cast tongue

and groove fit between it and the valve body. Lugs on the gate fully engage the coated guides

cast into the valve body so the gate closed smoothly every time.

4. Positive sealing. A dual rubber seal is formed between the rubber encapsulated resilient

wedge and the valve body to guarantee drop-tight shut-off every time. The combination of

true compression and dynamic wedging of the gate is

created without harmful sliding, shearing or other

wear-inducing action.

5. Full flow capacity. The EEV Resilient gate valve features

an unobstructed, thru-conduit flow path for full flow

capacity. Closed, the RSGV provides bottle-tight, zero

leakage in either direction at full rated differential pressure

with dual body gate seating.
