Job Description: The Company is looking for freshers for Finance profile (Derivatives & CapitalMarkets)

Delivery:

1. Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities are a must.2. Good team player and colloborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with

clients3. Highlight delivery issues senior management timely and follow up closure.4. Be a self starter and proactively identify and drive initiatives and opportunities for adding value

to customer service.5. Understand quality aspects, defined processes and ensure high quality deliverables.6. Be able to plan, priortize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear 

expectation7. Demonstrated good written and spoken communication and presentation skills

 

 People Management/ Task Allocation

1. Experience on task allocation on daily basis and tracking for closure is highly desirable

2. High Focus on attention to detail and discipline on daily operations3. Experience working on people career growth and development4. Understand people motivation and create positive environment that promotes higher motivation.

Customer Handling:

1. Understand clients, set the right expectations and deliver as per commitments2. Managing issues / concerns from clients working with senior management

Skills and background

• Business understanding in Financial Service on capital markets/ derivatives preferred

• Team management skills

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting

at senior levels. Must have strong capabilities in MS Word & PowerPoint

• Flexible to work US shifts

• Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands

• Provide insightful analysis on projects ranging in both complexity and scope

• Excellent interpersonal skills  – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel

• Organized, detail oriented, flexible, self starter & highly motivated

• Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations  – ability to read

situations and act in minutes

• Good with numbers and ability to derive information from data

•  Good Problem solving skills 

Location : Mumbai/Pune/ Chandigarh

Package : CTC 5.69 Lakhs pa
