Randy Groll Mary Agostini Custom Training SolutionsRandall L. Groll is the Owner of D&R Continuous Improvement Systems, LLC, a Business Process Management fi rm based in Northwest Ohio.

Randy received his Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from General Motors Institute (Kettering University), Flint, Michigan, 1977. In addition, he was certifi ed as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt by the George Group, Dallas, Texas, 2002-2003.

With close to 40 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on systems alignment and variation reduction, he offers experience and real-world training in Customer Satisfaction, Resource Management, Continuous Improvement and Organizational Measurement.

Mary M. Agostini is the Owner of A&W Continuous Improvement, LLC, a Lean Six Sigma organizational improvement fi rm based in South Central Michigan.

Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business Minor from The University of Toledo, and was certifi ed as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt by the George Group, Dallas, Texas, 2002-2003.

Mary has a proven track record in multiple industry settings, including manufacturing, healthcare and higher education. She is most proud of her work in the healthcare fi eld, providing a more effi cient and safe environment for patients.
